The Eisvogel host family: tradition and warmth in the fourth generation

The family business was founded in 1949 by masseur Hans Zettl and his son Karl Zettl. Together they conjured up a small café from a field barn and over the years continuously expanded and remodelled it until the foundation stone for today's Hotel Eisvogel was finally laid in 1988. It has always been important to us to provide our guests with unforgettable experiences and to make their stay a special one.

Now in its 4th generation, Margit Zett-Feldmann is successfully leading the Eisvogel into the future together with her husband Martin and daughter Theresa. With passion, love for our guests and a dedicated team, we create unforgettable experiences together. Every one of us plays their part in creating unique moments day after day and delighting our guests.

Our Eisvogel family chapel, dedicated to saint Theresa and saint Elisabeth, is our very personal place of contemplation and a symbol of our gratitude. Here, our guests also find a place to pause, calm down and recharge their batteries.
